4. First come first serve basis. Buyers who can make immediate payment are given preference.
5. Strictly no back-outs, those who do will be blacklisted.
6. No exchanges, refunds and cancellations allowed.
7. Prices on item & shipping are non-negotiable.
8. We will not be responsible for any damages or losses occurred during delivery.
9. Payment to be made within 3 days. Should there be no respond or payment from the buyer within the 3 days, the item will be released to the next interested buyer.
